Overview:,
IWEISS is a nationwide leader in the manufacturing and installation of theatrical systems. We are seeking an individual who is ready to work in the expansion and further development of our Project Management department. ,
The successful candidate will be charged with seeing multiple projects from project award/design through final job completion. This includes the oversight of creation of submittal and fabrication drawings, creating project schedules, purchasing materials, coordination with client and oversight of installation personnel.,
Most projects are construction site based where coordination with all trade contractors, architects, and consultants is a must. This person will work closely with outside vendors, in-house staff, and clients with the goal of seeing that work is integrated, well managed, tracked, on time and on budget.,
All project managers must maintain the high standard of workmanship and customer service that iWeiss has created and maintained over many years.,

RESPONSIBILITIES:,
-Review and approve written contracts,
-Interface with designers and clients,
-Perform site surveys,
-Prepare documentation for required departments,
-Work in conjunction with Drafting team and PE on drawings/submittal documentation,
-Create RFI\x92s and change orders as required,
-Procurement of project specific items,
-Create packing list/work orders for fabrication shops,
-Manage onsite installation,
-Maintain overall project schedule, costs, and client expectations,
-Perform client/end-user onsite training ,
-Responsible for final job costing,

Basic Qualification:,
-College Degree or certification preferred. ,
-Self-Starter,
-Minimum of 2 years of job related training/experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience,
-Strong attention to detail,
-Ability to write reports and business correspondence ,
-Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills,
-Background in motion control, industrial automation, networking, entertainment automation,
-Strong theatrical rigging and construction experience ,
-Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently,
-Attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind,
-Overall management of the job site through an site foreman,
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office + AutoCAD ,
-ETCP Rigging Certification is a plus,
