Job Description
Interim Master Electrician - Kansas City Repertory Theatre seeks a Master Electrician (ME) for the remainder of its 19-20 season. This is a full time, annual position and starts as soon as possible with an end date of May 24, 2020; possibility of contract for the 20-21 season. The ME is primarily responsible for the execution, engineering, and implementation of lighting plots for all KCRep productions. Along with the Lighting and Video Supervisor, the ME will maintain the lighting inventory and supplies and does general repairs as needed. Ensures that electrics shop is adequately stocked with basic materials and all equipment is in good working order. Acts as supervisor during all hangs, focuses, and strikes.
