STAGES St. Louis, a professional musical theatre company entering our 34th season, is seeking Stitchers to join our 2020 Seasonal Production Staff. Our 2020 Season will consist of three large-scale musicals: A Chorus Line, La Cage aux Folles, Always... Patsy Cline, and the theatre for young audience production, Disney\x92s Alice in Wonderland.,

Stitcher,
The Costume Shop Stitcher sews costumes for a theatre company, using industrial or domestic sewing machines and hand sewing. The Stitcher sews mock-ups and costumes in a variety of styles and periods. The ability to sew with speed and accuracy under limited supervision is essential. Required is the knowledge of and skill with operating industrial and domestic sewing machines, skill with hand sewing, and at least two years of professional sewing experience. Contracts run April through mid-July or possibly early September. There is some flexibility on contract dates. Limited housing is available.,
