Design and establish the final design concept of sets for productions and effectively share that vision from the beginning with the rest of the production staff.,
Design, create, and deliver sets for the following:,
Sauk Valley Community College Fall Production,
Sauk Valley Community College Spring Production,
Woodlawn Arts Academy Elementary Production,
Woodlawn Arts Academy Middle School Production,
Woodlawn Arts Academy Summer Production,
Sterling High School Fall Production,
Sterling High School Musical,
Sterling High School Contest Play,
Sterling High School Summer Musical,
Sauk Valley Theatre Alliance Theatre in the Park production,
Maintain a clean work environment at wood shop,
Maintain and inventory 6000 sq ft storage unit,
Create and maintain a stage crew to assist at multiple locations for productions,
Ability to work with student crews on productions,
Ability to effectively communicate with Directors and other staff,
Ability to adjust communication style based on audience and age of participant,
Must wear appropriate attire,
Must be knowledgeable of modern techniques in theatre,
Must be agile and capable of lifting heavy objects.,
Must be knowledgeable in the safe operation of all tools associated with working in the theatre,
Assist with other technical requirements, if time allows.,
