The Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival, an annual international performing arts festival that takes place in Massachusetts each September, is seeking a part-time (year-round or seasonal - TBD) Executive Producing Assistant (EPA) beginning in 2020. ,

The EPA serves as assistant to, and works with, the Producing Director on administrative tasks that cover a wide range of producing elements: correspondence, scheduling, spreadsheets and tracking, documentation, community relations, special events, travel, and other elements related to producing an international theatre festival in a creative environment. ,

Largely a telecommute position, the EPA will be on-site in Provincetown (housing provided by festival) for a long weekend after Memorial Day and two weeks in September. ,

"The ideal candidate would be either someone interested in arts administration or a stage manager looking to expand into arts administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent management and organization skills; attention to detail; interpersonal communication skills; computer aptitude; ability to work with and understand Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar, as well as other administrative platforms; general knowledge of theatre organization and jargon; a valid U.S. drivers license; the ability to work both supervised and unsupervised to complete tasks in a timely manner; and a positive, caring, and energetic attitude. All staff members work as independent contractors and combine their duties with other work. ",
