Event Sound Production LLC is looking for experienced + professional Audio engineers for corporate style events and tours. Must have excellent EQ/Systems skills, and familiar with digital consoles (Yamaha LS9, Behringer X32, Midas M32). Professional appearance is preferred. All applicants should have an intermediate to experienced knowledge of concert and theatrical audio. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn is a must!,
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities,
- As a general audio technician/engineer, you will be responsible for setting up audio, tuning, and operation of professional sound systems.,
- Make sure equipment is maintained either through self-servicing the equipment, or informing crew lead.,
"- Make sure equipment is loaded on truck in orderly fashion, and to ensure its safe arrival in next city.",
- Works as a team player with other touring technicians and labor crews. Assists with everything tour related.,
- Be available to travel at anytime on Thursday, and return at anytime either Sunday or Monday.,
- Be ON TIME for ALL call times set forth by crew lead or production manager.,
- Applicants must be available to begin work by Oct. 7, 2019.,
Education and Experience,
- Knowledgeable on complete set up, operation, and strike of professional sound systems.,
- Knowledgeable with audio signal flow, and both analog and digital consoles.,
- Ability to work long hours in theatrical production environments.,
"- Ability to drive both 16 and 24 Box trucks helpful. (CDL commercial license is a big plus but not required).",
Time Commitment,
-Tour run: Oct 22-Dec. 15, 2019, and Jan 8 - May 10, 2020.,
-Work week is usually Thursday-Monday each week. Thursday and Monday are normally travel days, with show run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.,
"-There may be certain weeks youll be asked to be stay out the full week Monday- Sunday.",
Shop Work/Training,
-You will be required to attend training and assist with tour prep at our shop.,
