The Apprentice will serve as a key member of the development team through a variety of donor coordination and event planning efforts as they directly relate to the fields of fundraising and marketing. ,

Duties include: Coordination of communication efforts through mailings, emails, and phone calls; organization of special events pertaining to operational and/or capital fundraising; implementation of fundraising communication initiatives throughout the season; management of donor data records; and general support in the areas of development, donor services, and marketing. ,

Prior experience and knowledge of working with databases, detailed spreadsheets, implementing customer service initiatives, and planning events is a plus. Apprentice will also have the opportunity to work alongside team members in all fields of fundraising and development, and may have opportunities to assist in various marketing and patron services efforts. ,
