Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit, Maine seeks an experienced ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER for support during our 2022 Main Stage Productions. Approximate dates of employment: March 28 – November 6, 2022. The ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER will work with the Production Manager on Main Stage Productions. Ideal Candidate: Must have strong leadership skills while remaining detail-oriented, forward thinking, and efficient in a fast paced working environment. Past Theatrical Production Manager or Technical Supervisor experience is required. Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to): -Work closely with the Production Manager, liaising as necessary with Changeovers and scheduling -Assist with creating contracts and work with HR/Finance/Company Management to properly on-board new staff members -Assist with managing and supporting the Artistic and Technical needs on a per need basis for all Events and outside Projects -Act as a contact for all Cabaret Acts, Events on Campus, and Booking artist Self Tape time -Schedule and Lead Production meetings when Production Manager is unavailable -Assist with Production Management credit card reconciliation of Key2Purchase transactions -Assist in coordinating over hire staff for season load in/ load out, and changeovers -Assist in updating and managing Rental inventories into AssetTiger -Assist in weekly reminders, and emails to Staff -Other Duties as Assigned. -Unconventional hours may be required $16-$18/hr plus O/T over 40 hours a week with housing included.
