Stage Dreams Youth Theater is searching for the next great addition to our team as a Director. The ideal candidate will have experience directing, assistant directing, or a vast knowledge in theater. The ideal candidate will also have experience with parent interaction and classroom management skills and have experience in musical theater, dance, and/or performance. Leading a small team consisting of a Vocal Director, Choreographer, and Production Manager, this person must be able to work well with others over an extended period of time. Strong organization and collaboration skills are a must. We are a team driven company and collaboration between staff members play a huge part in our creative process. Education of the whole child is our core mission and therefore flexibility of mindset of the \x93traditional\x94 theater experience is a must. Fingerprint clearance card appreciated and will be required if hired.,

Hours for the position are Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm - 8:45pm during our usual class/ rehearsal weeks and then additional days and hours during show weeks. Classes rehearse throughout the school year and summer camps are available on an as-needed basis. In addition, attendance at staff/ planning meetings is required.,
