Position Responsibilities: ,
\x95Process phone orders for subscription sales, subscriber booking and exchanges as well as single ticket sales in Spektrix,
\x95Provide support for customers purchasing online ,
\x95Have knowledge of The New Group\x92s productions, subscription packages and programs,
\x95Field questions regarding the season, subscription packages and single ticket inquiries,
\x95Assist with sales for special events and benefits sold through Spektrix,
\x95Help keep and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data in Spektrix ,
When in performances: ,
\x95Print and prepare tickets ,
\x95Manage in-person sales at the theater box office ,
\x95Run and distribute post-performance reports ,
