DUTIES + RESPOSIBILITIES:,
- Must make daily calls to potential customers to promote upcoming season/events.,
- Engage with customers via Facebook.,
- Must keep a log of all interactions with customers on Excel spreadsheet.,
- Interact with potential customers on the phone to answer all their questions regarding the company and our events.,
- Provide any necessary information that a customer requests via email or over the phone.,
- Help where needed around the office.,

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND SKILLS:,
-General computer skills needed (Microsoft Word + Excel),
-Must have general knowledge of Facebook + Facebook Messenger,
-Customer-service orientated personality,
-Has strong communication and phone skills,
-Has great attention to detail,
-Excellent organizational skills,
-Willing to learn new things,
-A team player,
-Excellent time management + multitasking skills,
-Experience with working in a fast-paced environment,
