We are seeking a Field Technician to provide technical product support to Ketra\x92s customers and partners. In this role, the Field Technician is the first line of contact during all phases of the construction project lifecycle. The Field Technician provides technical and application support and also assists with troubleshooting. This position is located in the San Francisco, CA area.,
Key Responsibilities:,
Provide technical support for projects via email, phone or in person to Ketra\x92s customers and partners,
Provide onsite, web-based or phone based training for Ketra technical product offering including lighting control systems and software packages,
Manage relationships with onsite integration teams,
Work with commercial sales channel stakeholders to resolve project-specific issues as needed,
Manage record keeping and project documentation for all work performed,
Provide product and project feedback to Ketra development teams to improve products,
Participate in regular project status meetings to keep all stakeholders updated,
Ensure timely and technically correct coordination with any 3 rd party integrators,
Provide post-sales technical support as needed,
Support product returns and replacements process,
Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations for process improvement and technological upgrades,

Strong project management skills, good follow-through, results driven,
Good analytical skills and problem solving,
Proficient in computer and systems skills (Word, Excel and Power Point),
Experience working with cross-functional teams,
Strong written and oral communication skills,

Customer-oriented approach that exhibits patience and attentiveness in all client interactions,
Comfortable working independently and with limited direct oversight,
Approximately 25% travel requirement,
