AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE,
ONE YEAR (RENEWABLE) CONTRACT STARTING MAY 2020,

Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Director, or other supervisor(s), the Audience Experience Associate (AEA) contributes to and participates in the successful completion of all administrative aspects for LCT\x92s professional season and educational programming. ,
The AEA creates an exceptional experience for everyone who attends a production at LCT. Responsibilities include working in the Box Office and facilitating performances, coordinating the public show retail store and designing LCT merchandise, and serves as the LCT volunteer coordinator. The AEA prepares all marketing items necessary to ensure a positive patron experience \x96 including surveys, Things to Know Before You Go information, and lobby engagement, among others. This position works with the administrative team to coordinate events and sensory friendly performances and perform any other duties as needed. ,
QUALIFICATIONS: BA or BFA plus 1-3 years professional experience.,

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS RECEIVE: ,
\x95Salary of $300 to $400 a week (depending on department).,
\x95Paid leave:,
o7 Major holidays,
o10 vacation days (does not accrue),
o3 personal days (does not accrue),
o5 sick days (may accrue year to year),
oApproximately two weeks off over winter break,
