We need someone with experience in accounting and finances who can assist us and keep the company and finances in a tight order, which will allow us to keep creating the shows and music in our hearts. 12-15 hours a week,
Flexible Schedule- Open to working around any other full time position you may have in accounting/finance.,
Can grow into larger salary position by the Fall Season 2018,

Duties Include but Not Limited To:,
,
* Monthly and Quarterly Reports,
* Individual Show Sales Reports,
* Monitoring Cash Flow + creating accurate projections for financial needs ahead,
* Tracking receivables, payables, deposits,
* Tracking company debit card expenditures,
* Managing all online payment accounts ,
* Over-seeing bill pay, invoices, and all balances due,
* Management of loan pay-offs over a 3 year term,
* Working closely with our business account to make sure all tax and info is being handled in a timely manner,
* Management of all LLC bills, documents and payments due,
* Preference given to those with Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting,
* Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and financial accounting systems ,
* Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills,
* Other special financial projects as needed,
