Job Description

The responsibilities of this position are to prospect and sell shows containing rental lighting, audio, video, and staging equipment. You will develop a sales pipeline of both bid and design build business, manage both new clients and existing business accounts, and work directly with Operations Managers and technical staff on the production of the event and scope of the work. This job requires development of both B2B and B2C sales. Visiting and participating on jobsites will help in effectively accomplishing your tasks. Success in this position requires a well-rounded, driven, and goal oriented individual who is PASSIONATE about the Live Production industry.,

Responsibilities Include: (but not limited to),
\x95New client development,
\x95Manage and maintain existing clients,
\x95Client Target: Corporate Event/Meeting Planners + Producers, Tradeshow Planners, Marketing Managers, Tour Managers,
\x95Creative and solution based thinking,
\x95Phone and in person presentations,
\x95Design assistance and interface with design/operations staff,
\x95Maintain monthly and annual sales goals,
Job Requirements:,
\x95Must have a minimum of 3-5 years Sales experience,
\x95Sales experience preferably in the Live Event Production services or related field,
\x95Communication skills necessary,
\x95Design fundamentals a plus,
\x95Formal Sales training strongly desired,
\x95Excellent computer skills and experience necessary,
\x95Vectorworks/ACAD software knowledge a plus,
\x95Some travel required,
