The Arts Management Intern is responsible for assisting with day to day business operations, artist travel and lodging and must be organized, work independently, and have the ability to interact successfully with a wide range of constituencies including artists, staff, travel vendors, lodging vendors, and the community in general.,

The Cape Playhouse values tradition, hard work, kindness, generosity, passion, and professionalism. Candidates must be exceptionally professional and feel comfortable working with top directors, creatives and actors in American theatre. This position is an important communication link for all departments, and therefore requires an understanding of, and adherence to, appropriate organizational protocol. The candidate must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, and have the skills to identify and solve problems quickly. ,

Position is flexible with school schedules but ideally runs from mid-May to end of August. ,
