The New York office of Frost Productions is seeking experienced freelance Video Engineers and Projectionists who are based in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut).,

Salary Range: V1 - $35.00 +; V2 - $25.00 + per hour; commensurate with experience,

Position Responsibilities:,
\x95 Responsible for setup, operation, and strike of video equipment before, during, and after events,
\x95 Playback software operation; such as PlaybackPro, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.,
\x95 Operation of professional video switchers including Analog Way/LiveCore,
\x95 Media server operation; such as Dataton WATCHOUT, Hippotizer V4, Qlab, and Resolume Arena/Avenue etc.,
\x95 Installation and programming of LED video walls such as NovaStar processing,
\x95 ENG camera operation/IMAG,
,
Position Requirements:,
\x95 Minimum 2 years general stagecraft and special events experience,
\x95 Experience operating, calibrating, rigging, and powering professional projection equipment,
\x95 Knowledge of SDI, HDMI, DVI, Fiber, CAT6, and VGA signal protocol ,
\x95 Knowledge of resolution and aspect ratio,
\x95 Ability to read and execute ground plans,
\x95 Availability and willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays,
\x95 Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive collaborative attitude when working with clients and co-workers,

Preferred Qualifications:,
\x95 Permanent install/integration experience,
\x95 Self-motivated with ability to work on several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision,
\x95 Ability to stand, kneel and/or crouch for long periods of time,
\x95 Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, operate single column lifts (Genies or scissor lifts), and comfortable working at heights,
\x95 Able to lift + move excess of 60lbs unassisted, and lift and move 100lbs with assistance,
\x95 Ability to work in variety of environments, including hot, humid, cold and in cramped spaces,
