Job Description
Bucks County Playhouse seeks Sound Intern for the 2020 summer season. Intern will work closely with BCP\x92s Sound Supervisor in the daily operations of the sound department. Responsibilities will include: participating in all load-in/load-out calls, maintaining equipment, and organizing inventories. Intern will also act as A2 or sound board operator for various productions/events. A good attitude and a willingness to learn are required. Prior experience be it academic or professional is required. Contract dates run from mid-June through mid-August. Competitive weekly stipend offered. Historic Bucks County Playhouse, located in beautiful New Hope, PA, is just 70 miles SW of NYC, and 40 miles NW of Philadelphia.
