Description: The Community Partnerships and Programming Apprentice will assist by seeking and engaging with key stakeholders in the regional community. Learning opportunities will also involve creation and implementation of all Audience and Community Engagement Experiences, including interviewing guest artists, hosting community partners, and engaging with patrons.,

Responsibilities Include:,
,
Seek out new partnerships in order to deepen the reach of Cleveland Play House.,
Explore research that will assist in the implementation of making CPH an inclusive and engaging environment.,
Develop creative lobby experiences with program partners.,
Engage in data-based decision making in order to improve the CPH experience for employees, partners and patrons.,
Filming and editing interviews with guest artists, including directors, actors, and designers.,
Developing iPad experiences for patrons to engage in while attending shows at Cleveland Play House (technology training provided).,
Attending key performances of CPH productions taking place in the Allen and Outcalt Theatres, fielding questions and guiding patrons in their further understanding of CPH and productions within the season.,
Working with supervisor to schedule lobby shifts for fellow apprentices.,
Assisting with the planning and coordination of various Behind the Scenes events.,
When instructed, serving as liaison between CPH and community stakeholders for community engagement programs. This will include hosting community partners that align with the focuses of the 2019-2020 season.,
Assisting in the planning and implementation of interactive lobby displays and dramaturgical experiences.,
Assisting as needed in other areas of the Education Department, including Student Matinees, Educator Evenings, and CPH Academy events.,
Typical Hours: Typical hours would be 9:00 \x96 5:30, but will be adjusted to nights and weekends for key performances and community engagement events.,
