Reporting to the Post Sales Services Manager and based in our Boston office, the Field Service Coordinator will deliver superior service to our customers, Field Service Technicians, and Technical Project Managers in relation to requests for field service. The Field Service Coordinator will ensure requests are addressed accurately and in a timely manner, ultimately resulting in a best-in-class customer experience. ,

Key Responsibilities,
,
Field Service Support:,
,
- Schedule and coordinate Lumenpulse Field Service Technicians for onsite services;,
- Generate project information packages for the Field Service Technicians;,
- Update system on scheduled dates and handling closing of orders;,
- Distributing job reports to key stakeholders.,
,
Customer Support:,
,
- Support Technical Project Managers with documenting, authoring and archiving project details on a daily basis;,
- Document all incoming support needs into company database;,
- Maintain and monitor open support cases to ensure proper service and follow-up is provided to close cases;,
,
Administrative Support:,
,
- Generate weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators;,
- Manage special projects as requested by the Post Sales Services Manager.,

Education + Experience Required,
,
- Minimum 2-year college degree,
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role,
,
Qualifications + Skills Required,
,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment,
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and to provide immediate solutions,
- Excellent attention to detail,
Lighting industry experience would be an asset,
- Ability to participate in Tier 1 technical email and phone support desired but not required.,
