The Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre is currently accepting applications for a First Hand for the summer 2020 season. ,,
The AST First Hands are responsible for garment construction and alterations. First Hand will also assist the Cutter/ Draper, as needed, in patterning and cutting. The AST summer season will consist of two mainstage shows and one outdoor show with three designers; one Costume Shop Supervisor; one Cutter/ Draper; one First Hands and three Intern/ wardrobe/ designer assistants. The ideal candidates are experienced in garment construction and alterations, have some experience with garment patterning and cutting and are comfortable assisting the CSM and Cutter/ Draper with providing direction to a labor force with varying degrees of skill.,
May 18- June 27, 2020. $11.00 per hour with expected pay of $2,500,
