Center Repertory Company is seeking carpenters with Carpenter + Welding experience to work in their Scene Shop in Pleasant Hill, CA. This is a part time position, working 25-30 hours per week. ,

Desired Skills:,
2 years MIG welding.,
3 or more years in building scenery.,
Ability to read construction drawings.,
Rigging scenery to fly is a plus.,
Finish scenery work such as molding and scenic painting. ,
Ability to drive 24\x92 box truck is a big plus. ,
,
Duties:,
Perform carpentry and welding fabrication to construct scenic elements.,
Attend all Load-In and Strike calls.,
Maintain scenery during the run of the shows.,
Keep scene shop and work areas clean and safe.,
Perform other related duties as assigned.,
Able to lift 75 LBS repetitively.,
,
A valid Driver license is required and back ground check will occur. ,
