WIG/MAKE-UP + HAIR ASSISTANTS,
Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit, Maine seeks experienced Wig + Hair/Make-Up Assistants for our 6-production 2020 Mainstage Season. Approximate dates of employment: April \x96 November, 2020.,

Ideal Candidate: Must be detail-oriented and remain focused in a fast paced working environment. Prior wigs experience is required. ,
,
Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to): ,
-Work directly with the Wig/Hair + Make-Up Supervisor ,
-Dress performers in wigs/hairpieces during dress rehearsals and performances,
-Perform quick changes which involve hair modification (including wigs, re-styles, and touch-ups),
-Clean, style, and maintain wigs,
-Apply and maintain application of any specialty make-up,
-Possess flexibility and positive backstage demeanor working with actors and other crew,
-Run each performance (8 shows/week) ,
-Assist in rehearsals and load-in/strike as necessary ,
-Assist with Children\x92s Theatre,
-Ventilating skills and a Cosmetology license are a plus,
