"The Rev Theatre Co. (Formerly FLMTF/MGR) seeks a qualified Production Management Assistant for our 2020 season, including Rocky, Witness Uganda, State Fair and Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story",

Reports to the Production Manager (PM),
,
Those encouraged to apply: Self-motivated individuals with strong technical and organizational backgrounds. Preferred candidates will have already completed a production management internship or have comparable experience. Someone who doesn\x92t mind jumping in to help various departments. ,
,
\x95Assists in tracking and reconciling spending in all departments electronically, through cloud-based budgeting software. ,
\x95Keeps up-to-date production binders for each show,
\x95 Assists in creating changeover and tech schedules,
\x95Acts as a production runner and/or assists in various technical departments as needed. ,
\x95Attends meetings, takes and distributes minutes as requested by PM. ,
\x95Stays on top of deadlines and reminds designers of deadlines on a scheduled basis. ,
\x95Keeps the production calendar up to date through Google Calendar. ,
\x95Maintains excellent communication to facilitate the organization\x92s continuing functionality.,
\x95Performs the essential job functions safely, successfully, and consistently with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.,
\x95Maintains regular, punctual attendance.,
\x95Has the ability to lift 50 pounds.,
\x95Is comfortable working at heights from Genie lifts, ladders and scaffolding. ,
\x95Any other duties as assigned by the PM. ,
