Job Description

POSITION: Production Technician (Lighting Specialist),

LOCATION: New World Symphony, Miami Beach, Florida,

DATES: Permanent hire, starting ASAP,

RATE OF PAY: base salary beginning at about $45k per annum, negotiable within salary parameters. The position is classified as full-time, nonexempt and is eligible for overtime after 40 hours (Mon-Sun). Relocation assistance provided including moving expense reimbursement and transitional housing support. ,

DESCRIPTION: The position primarily supports the Director of Lighting in executing lighting designs, programming, and operating lighting consoles and equipment, and secondarily participates in other production and stage activities (including setups, change-overs, load-in/out, and strikes) as part of the production technician team for both New World Symphony events and a wide variety of third-party activities.,
