The Laguna Playhouse is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the agency\x92s physical plant improvement and maintenance efforts. An integral part of the facilities team, the Facilities Maintenance Technician assists the Director of Facilities Operations in performing building repairs and maintenance for the theater, administrative offices and apartment condos, ensuring facilities remain a safe and healthy environment for staff, patrons, and visitors. ,

Responsibilities:,
+#61607;Assist Director of Facilities Operations with building repairs and maintenance.,
+#61607;Properties include theater, administrative offices, condos and other properties.,
+#61607;Perform a variety of semi-skilled manual tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, special events set-up.,
+#61607;Make pick-up/deliveries as needed for repairs and maintenance,
+#61607;Other duties as assigned.,

Qualifications:,
+#61607;Experience safely operating power tools. ,
+#61607;Ability to work independently.,
+#61607;Must have previous maintenance work experience.,
+#61607;Must be organized and detail oriented.,
+#61607;Current CA driver\x92s license and clean driving record required.,
+#61607;Able to interact positively across departments.,
+#61607;Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.,
+#61607;Dependability.,
