The Apprentice will serve in the box office, assist in patron development efforts, assist with volunteer management and training, give theatre tours, assist in front of house/pre-show and bar/concessions management, be on call for emergencies, receive and process all employee comp ticket requests, run departmental errands, and perform general office duties. ,

Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with others effectively and professionally under pressure, excellent phone and computer skills, as well as an interest in box office and front of house services. Database and customer service experience is a plus. ,
