Job Description

PORTLAND STAGE COMPANY seeks Stage Management interns for its 2020-2021 season. Stage Management interns work directly with Equity Stage Managers as a part of the stage management team. Typically each stage management intern is specifically assigned to one Equity Stage Manager for the season and alternates between productions. Interns assist with all aspects of rehearsal and serve as deck supervisors from the tech process through the run of the shows. When not in rehearsal, time will be spent in other departments outside of Stage Management. Internship runs from late August through May. Housing and stipend are provided.
