REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS,
,
Minimum 4 plus years of set up experience in audio, video, lighting and scenic equipment with responsibility for the technician crew for the event.,
Well-rounded production + events background, ideally with advance knowledge in one or more technical elements.,
Excellent customer service skills with a \x93can do\x94 attitude. ,
Must be able to lift/move 50lbs and have free range of motion. Must be comfortable working at heights, such as ladders and lifts.,
Knowledge of production equipment, including maintenance and safety standards.,
A well-groomed, professional appearance.,
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.,
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.,
Must be a proven self-starter capable of finding solutions with minimal supervision.,
High attention to detail.,
Flexible schedule required, including evenings, overnights, weekends and/or holidays \x96 as dictated by the events schedule.,
Highly reliable, punctual and responsive. Must have reliable transportation.,
Experience in the hospitality industry a plus.,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES,
Responsible for and sets up basic audio, video, lighting, and scenic equipment for each event per written direction.,
Interpret event orders and floor plans, understand oral and verbal instructions to determine work assignments, materials and equipment needs.,
Transport equipment to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles or containers, as needed.,
Report breakage, issues or other needs as they arise in all venues.,
Ensure safety in all work environments.,
