The Chattanooga Theatre Centre (CTC) is recruiting for an innovative, dynamic and forward-looking Executive Director (ED). Reporting to the Board of Directors, the new ED will have a broad portfolio of duties that will require business acumen, artistic savvy, strategic and artistic vision, outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence. These skills will be used to execute day-to-day management while simultaneously preparing and guiding the successful evolution of the organization into its second hundred years.
