Summary: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database Manager position provides leadership and support of The Fulton Theatre\x92s use of Tessitura, an enterprise-class CRM solution for arts and cultural organizations. The position administers standardized use of Tessitura and T-Stats, training of new and current employees, and keeps the organization current about best usage of Tessitura. The position will work closely with all departments within Fulton Theatre with focused attention on Development and Ticketing functions. The CRM Database Manager is a fulltime, benefits eligible position.,

Responsibilities include:,
,
\x95Serve as expert resource for all issues relating to Tessitura and associate applications,
\x95Work with department managers to increase staff efficacy through development of policies and procedures,
\x95Develop organizational training programs geared to develop multiple \x93power users\x94, and inform users of updates and new features in future versions ,
\x95Work with Finance, Development, and Sales departments to ensure ongoing and accurate reconciliation of all earned and contributed revenue,
\x95Research new features and modules of future Tessitura versions, and work with the Tessitura consortium to define appropriate action or implementation to maintain maximum efficacy of the Tessitura software,
\x95Work with Tessitura technical resources in problem solving, research, and program development,
\x95Develop documentation of Tessitura and T-Stats proprietary usage for organization,
\x95Develop departmental awareness and knowledge of Tessitura and T-Stats reporting capabilities,
\x95Managing the cleaning and appending of the database,
\x95Generating reports, data extractions, lists, and complex data pulls for all departments, as needed,
\x95Work with members of Tessitura consortium as needed or directed,
\x95Manage configuration and set up tasks for both Ticketing and Development ,

Required Qualifications and Skills,
\x955 years\x92 experience working with CRM applications and/or database and database reporting systems,
\x95Bachelor\x92s degree, or equivalent work experience ,
\x95Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks,
\x95Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
\x95Strong computer skills, including expert skills in Excel,
\x95Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines,

Desired Experience and Knowledge:,
\x95Experience with Tessitura strongly preferred,
\x95Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills,
\x95Experience working in a performance arts organization or knowledge of the performing arts,
\x95Proven track record in training, managing and motivating others to adopt policies and procedures,
