Company Manager will be a critical member of the producing team for DANA H. at Vineyard Theatre. The position works in close partnership with the General Manager (currently Daryl Roth Theatrical Management), Production Supervisor and Managing Director to ensure a high level of logistics service to our artists as well as institutional boundary setting when necessary.,

DANA H. Production Responsibilities include: ,
,
LOGISTICS,
Arrange all artist logistics including travel and housing for any out of town artists from pre-arrival conversations to closing as well as any company meals needed for production team.,
,
Deliver contracts, mail and weekly paychecks to artists in rehearsal,
Notify the company about talkbacks and special events, posting notices to callboard about Press + Marketing activities.,
,
Partner with Marketing Department to provide logistics for photo shoots, video interviews and podcasts with season artists.,
,
Attend all general management and production meetings, and all tech week and preview production meetings post-rehearsal/performances. ,
,
HOSPITALITY,
Provide welcome packets and information about the theatre\x92s policies and staff to artists at first day of rehearsal.,
,
Arrange for hospitality for first day of rehearsal and tech week ,
Maintain relationship with physical therapy partner and facilitate scheduling of available appointments, intake forms, etc. to cast.,
,
Update call board with hospitality info and company notices,
Provide point of contact for artists from half-hour to curtain on performance nights. ,
,
TICKETING,
Act as point of contact for all artist ticketing in compliance with agreed upon contractual allotments in partnership with General Manager. ,
Send out Who\x92s Coming List 24 hours prior to each show,

Strong written and oral communication skills,

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,

Ability to work in teams productively incorporating feedback to meet the needs of ,
participants with varied needs,

Demostrable mastery of logistics in many settings including; on-time and organized deliverables.,

High level of emotional intelligence.,

Preference given to candidates with prior company management experience or other wrangling of high profile artists ,
,
A successful applicant will be able to articulate a history of advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in their work,

Compensation: $850 per week for up to 50 hours a week; this is a short-term non-exempt position and any additional overtime hours must be approved by the Managing Director in advance.,

Hire Dates: February 3 \x96 March 22 (planned 6-week closing), must be available for extension performances through April 5, possible additional hire dates through April 19 to be discussed. ,
