Western Illinois University (WIU) Department of Theatre and Dance is recruiting students for its MFA program in Costume Design to start in August 2020. WIU offers a well-rounded MFA program in design that has flexibility to be tailored to an individual\x92s professional goals. Those interested in a career in education have opportunities to teach in formal and informal settings. A robust mainstage and studio season allows opportunities for multiple design and/or production experiences with faculty and student directors. WIU has a low student to faculty ratio that provides intensive individual mentoring by faculty. Graduate assistantships are available.
