Job Description

The Hangar Theatre, an Equity summer theatre celebrating its 46th season as one of the nation\x92s pre-eminent summer theatres, is seeking a Costume Shop Manager. This summer we are producing 5 Mainstage shows (Tiny Beautiful Things, Urinetown, The Secret Garden, Outside Mullingar, TBD), 5 children\x92s theatre shows, and 4 experimental shows. The Shop Manager will lead a 10 person costume shop building the summer seasons. One Mainstage Design is also included. ,
Must have excellent stitching, patterning and draping skills. Housing is provided if needed. Work environment is positive, challenging, and holds high artistic integrity. Ability to lead and train interns is essential. ,
