Williams Street Repertory is looking for an Assistant Stage Manager to join the team of Native Gardens, our upcoming spring play. Native Gardens by Karen Zacarias, directed by Michele Vazquez will run March 27th-May 10th at the Raue Center for the Arts in downtown Crystal Lake.,

Successful candidates will have experience in stage management and demonstrable skills with excel, or equivalent, in creating show run paper work. ,

Production Dates:,
1/28 - Production Meeting,
2/11 - Production Meeting / Draftings + Renderings/model due,
2/24 - Production Meeting / First rehearsal,
3/11 - Final Production meeting / Designer Run,
3/16 thru 3/20 - Scenic load in,
3/27 - Opening Performance,
5/10 - Closing Performance,

Additional meetings and paint calls may be scheduled ad hoc.,

This position qualifies for Equity Membership Candidate Program (EMC) and can offer membership or points if desired. The Assistant Stage Manager will be expected to be at rehearsals to provide support to the SM and Director during the rehearsal process as well as backstage hand during tech and the run of the production. ,

Compensation,
$200 weekly,
,
ASM will be responsible for their own housing and transportation to and from the venue. Local area candidates preferred.,
