PRODUCTION ASSISTANT,

Third Rail Projects is seeking local San Diego technicians for Production Assistant position on site-specific work with LaJolla Playhouse\x92s Without Walls festival. The PA position would begin on Monday, October 14 and the run will close on Sunday, October 20. Schedule is as follows:,

MON (10/14): 3 PM \x96 12 AM,
TUE (10/15): 2 PM \x96 12 AM ,
WED (10/16): 2 PM \x96 11 PM,
THU (10/17): 3 PM \x96 11 PM,
FRI (10/18): 5 PM \x96 11 PM,
SAT (10/19): 5 PM \x96 11 PM,
SUN (10/20): 5 PM \x96 11 PM,

Production Assistants must have a general knowledge of lighting and sound. Stage Management experience is a plus. This position requires working outdoors and PA must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.,

The Production Assistants will work with the production Stage Manager, director, and associate directors to set up and strike lighting and sound equipment on site daily. Production Assistants will work with the stage management team throughout the performance to help guide the audience through the experience and troubleshoot any technical difficulties.,
